Kennelly: Defendant CUPSHE has filed a motion asking the Court to compel plaintiff to produce to defendant any information it obtained from Amazon regarding CUPSHE. CUPSHE says it has asked plaintiff for this information but has been turned down. Any information that plaintiff obtained from Amazon was obtained only by virtue of an order entered by the Court. If CUPSHE is right, and plaintiff has obtained information about CUPSHE from Amazon, it is inappropriate for plaintiff to withhold it from CUPSHE. The Court therefore directs plaintiff to produce to CUPSHE, within 24 hours of the entry of this order, any information it has obtained from Amazon regarding CUPSHE. Plaintiff is directed to verify by a filing on the docket by the close of business on 6/20/2025 that it has complied with this order. (The Court notes that if CUPSHE is wrong, and plaintiff has not, in fact, obtained information from Amazon about CUPSHE, this order in no way prejudices plaintiff.)
