The Court made the following rulings, for the reasons more fully described on the record: (1) The motion for preliminary injunction is denied as to defendant Kancystore. (2) The motion for preliminary injunction is granted as to defendant UniversLand. (3) As to defendant CUPSHE, the motion for preliminary injunction and the motion to increase bond are entered and continued to a further in-person evidentiary hearing on 7/16/2025 at 10:00 AM in Courtroom 2103. As to CUPSHE, the temporary restraining order is extended through 7/16/2025 to permit consideration in full of the parties' arguments. (4) As to the "YMJ" defendants (defendants Jouica, UVPlove, and Asklazy), the motion for preliminary injunction is granted, but the dollar amount frozen in their respective accounts with Amazon and Walmart is reduced to a total of $25,000--$25,000 for Jouica, $2,500 for UVPlove, and $2,500 for Asklazy. (5) As to defendant Anhui Jihe Trade Co ("Jihe"), the motion for preliminary jis is denied. (6) The motion for preliminary injunction is otherwise unopposed and properly supported and is granted. However, plaintiff is ordered to show cause in writing by 7/14/2025 why the preliminary injunction should not be dissolved as to any defendant sued for selling the same design that Kancystore was accused of selling. (7) Counsel are directed to promptly confer regarding the form of any appropriate orders for entry as to the defendants other than CUPSHE and are to provide the same to Judge Kennelly's proposed order email address in Word format by no later than 7/6/2025, and preferably earlier, due to the extension of the TRO only through 7/7/2025 as to the defendants other than CUPSHE.
