PAPERLESS ORDER Requiring Informal Settlement Conference. This cause comes before the Court sua sponte. On November 21, 2025, the Court granted Plaintiffs' Expedited Motion and Ex Parte Application for Entry of Temporary Restraining Order. [ECF No. 26]. On November 28, 2025, Plaintiffs filed a Motion for Entry of Preliminary Injunction. [ECF No. 37]. The Court has set a telephonic hearing on Plaintiffs' Motion ("Hearing") for 1:30 P.M. EST on December 5, 2025. [ECF No. 39]. Since setting the Hearing, several attorneys have appeared on behalf of a subset of Defendants in this action. On December 1, 2025, these Defendants, as well as some Third-Party Respondents, filed an Expedited Motion to Dissolve Temporary Restraining Order. [ECF No. 43]. Accordingly, on or before December 5, 2025, the parties shall conduct an informal settlement conference for a minimum of two (2) hours to determine if this action can be resolved as to this subset of Defendants. A representative with settlement authority must be available telephonically. The parties shall file a Joint Notice of Compliance and Status Report certifying compliance with this Order and providing a report on the status of discussions on or before 12:00 P.M. on December 5, 2025.
