The plaintiff's proposed order seeks to enjoin the defendant's use of dozens of trademarks that appear beyond the scope of the evidence in the case. For instance, the screenshots the plaintiff provided and the shoes, counterfeit Jordan 1's, the defendant ordered relate to certain trademarks. But they do not implicate most of the trademarks in the plaintiff's proposed order. This disconnect between the record and the relief sought leads the Court to question whether there is factual or legal support for the relief the plaintiff seeks. Accordingly, the Court issues a rule to show cause concerning whether the plaintiff seeks relief beyond that supported by the record. The plaintiff may provide a supplemental brief on or before September 16, 2025, addressing the relief sought and the rule to show cause. Status hearing set for October 23, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. Mailed notice.
