That is what the Court has already ruled to be insufficient. Plaintiff's motion for service by publication is denied, as is its motion for a temporary restraining order. The case is set for an in-person status hearing on 10/24/2025 at 9:45 AM. Counsel for plaintiff must appear in person. No remote appearances will be permitted.
